this is the day.

this is the day that i could actually really have time with my family, excluding my joel. everyone wakes up early in the morning, wash their faces, have their breakfast, change to their school uniform, then off they go to school. everyone did this, except for st.nicholas secondary.

this is the day when WE have another day of holiday, another day of break. it's been hard work to teachers as well as us, students. 'O' levels were well done last year, and so it's time for just a day of break. a day is really precious to teachers, and for some students. for me, it is.

i hardly have time with my parents, especially my mom. only monday is off for her as she works in a church. the rest of the days, she works till night. i have trainings on monday, wednesday and friday, and sometimes thursday. trainings usually end at 7 in the evening, and so there's no time left to spend with them. i really treasure the moments i spend with them. no matter is it a dinner or lunch, or just simply a few minutes when i ask them to sign a piece of paper.

BUT today is the day when i can really have time with them. i had a good lunch with them, or you can say it's high tea. although it's just a meal, all of us had a great time. we had conversations that were interesting, and i save those conversations in my mind. and after the meal, we went to the petrol station to add fuel, pump air into the tyres and had a car wash. we don't really do these things together, but today was an exception. today was one of the days which i treasure the most.
